Danielle Maveal is the founder of Creative Little Beasts, and was previously Etsy.com’s Education Lead and employee number #15 (they have over 300 employees now!). She was key to creating a community and to educating crafters on how to run their Etsy shop like a legit business. She pretty much puts the “Capital L” in the word LEGIT. She is committed to helping crafters make a living making things! She has a newsletter, a tumblr, and a podcast, and you might wanna sign up for her mailing list. Before working at Etsy, she ran her own craft business (as a metalsmith) full time and had her work represented in over 40 galleries worldwide. In her spare time she helps dogs find homes and volunteers to walk dogs at the local shelter.
